BMW Confirms CS Production Plans

Nissan rolls out the new Nissan GT-R in Japan – Video

While Nissan was planning to keep its GT-R under wraps until its Tokyo Motor Show debut later this month, several sources have leaked embargoed images of the final production car. The official images reveal the car is very similar to prototypes recently spotted, although the road-going version will lose the show car’s dark accents under the front headlights.

Under hood, the GT-R is powered by a 3.8L twin-turbo V6, good for 473 horsepower and 434 ft-lb of torque. The only transmission that will be available in the GT-R is a GR6 dual-clutch six-speed. According to one source, the GT-R’s powertrain is good for a 0-60 time of 3.5 seconds, a quarter mile time of only 11.7 seconds and a top speed of 192 mph.
